  • What are the benefits of creating an account?
    1. Save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process. 2. Store credit card information to speed up checkout. 3. News and Exclusive Offers: subscribe to our newsletter to receive email updates on special promotions, new product announcements, gift ideas and more. 4. Save Your Shopping Bag: your selection will be saved in your ‘Shopping Bag’ for checkout at a later date. 5. As soon as you have registered an account, you are able to access the members section. 6. Create a Wishlist with your favourite products.
  • What is a wish list?
    You can create a personalized wish list of your favorite items, print it and share across social media platforms.
  • Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
    Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info.cacochama@gmail.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
  • How do I know my order has been sent?
    An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
  • Where do I track my order?
    Tracking information will be sent within the dispatch email, once your order has been fulfilled.
  • Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 1. Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address. 2. Ask the local post office if the package is present. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info.cacochama@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • How do I take care of my products after purchase?
    We recommend washing all products on a cool wash and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
